±800kV换流变压器阀侧干式套管的损耗分析

Abstract:

换流变压器阀侧用干式直流套管的电、热性能相互影响,因此实际运行中发生的电气绝缘失效与其热性能有直接联系。基于此,有必要对特高压换流变压器干式套管的损耗进行定量分析。换流变压器干式套管的总体损耗主要由载流结构涡流发热和套管芯体介质焦耳发热2部分构成,且实际承受的电流和电压波形均含有大量高次谐波成分。首先通过高压换流变干式套管的具体结构建立了芯子介质和载流结构涡流发热的理论计算模型,然后在实验室条件下获取了干式套管芯子用环氧浸纸复合绝缘的温变、频变非线性特性。进一步,基于频域有限元法,提出了换流变干式套管损耗的数值计算方法。最后,应用上述数值计算结果,分析了换流变压器干式套管在实际运行中发生绝缘失效的可能起因。研究结果可用于换流变套管的热性能计算,对高压干式套管现场运行、维护和事故分析具有一定指导意义。
