电力系统恢复初期考虑动态特性的负荷恢复优化

Abstract:

电力系统恢复初期,对如何在薄弱小电网下最大限度地恢复负荷进行了研究。考虑到投入负荷后的系统过渡过程中各种状态量的巨大变化,从非自治系统暂态能量函数的角度分析其动态变化过程,能更好地揭示系统恢复初期的物理本质。引入负荷冲击能量和动态频率来指导制定最大限度的负荷恢复方案,由此提出考虑动态特性的负荷恢复方案制定方法。通过该方法能够制定出满足系统动态特性要求的最大限度负荷恢复方案,同时可以发现用负荷冲击能量能更准确地反映负荷投入对系统的影响,为负荷恢复策略制定及评估提供有益的指导。
