基于新型空间矢量调制策略的双输出-双级矩阵变换器研究

Abstract:

双输出-双级矩阵变换器(dual-outputtwo-stagematrixconverter,DO-TSMC)可以实现功率双向流动,其输出端9开关逆变级可以实现2组三相交流输出以驱动2组负载,同时也具有三相输入/输出正弦、输入功率因数可调等优点。在分析该变换器拓扑及其工作原理的基础上,提出了一种按照比例系数分配各逆变级作用时间的新型空间矢量调制策略,能够灵活地调节2组逆变级的输出电压范围,可以实现相同频率和不同频率2种模式输出,推导了在该调制策略下的输入电流、直流平均电流和2组逆变级输出电压及电压传输比的表达式。仿真算例结果验证了该策略的有效性。
