地区配电网重构与故障恢复问题

Abstract:

采用图解蚂蚁系统求解地区配电网的重构与故障恢复问题。将求解过程划分为离线和在线2个阶段,使拓扑分析与搜索寻优分离,以提高计算速度。离线阶段对配电网进行拓扑分析,用构造图表示可行解解集,不同元件故障恢复问题的可行解解集由重构问题的可行解解集经简单变化得到,以避免重复进行拓扑分析;在线阶段通过模拟蚁群在构造图中行走进行搜索寻优。通过修改传统蚁群算法的路径选择规则和信息素更新规则,以避免搜索陷入停滞。以一个实际的地区配电网作为算例。仿真结果表明,所提方法可以有效地提高地区配电网运行的经济性,同时可以提供可靠的故障恢复方案。
