藏中电网SVC控制策略实时仿真及参数优化

Abstract:

为配合青藏直流馈入,计划在夺底、乃琼和曲哥3站加装静止无功补充装置(staticvarcompensator,SVC),以改善藏中电网电压稳定性,提升直流输送容量。为在实际工程实施前对SVC控制器的控制策略进行仿真校验及参数优化,搭建了基于HYPERSIM实时仿真装置的藏中电网数字仿真模型,并与实际的SVC控制器相连,对SVC控制策略进行了参数优化与实时仿真验证。对藏中电网夏季大方式和冬季大方式等进行仿真试验,相比未加装SVC时,加装SVC后藏中电网具有较好的故障电压恢复特性。仿真结果表明,SVC的控制策略对藏中电网电压稳定具有较好的控制特性。
