基于介质窗口和UHF传感器的变压器局部放电检测与定位方法

Abstract:

局部放电特高频检测方法灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强,已经得到广泛认可。由于油浸式变压器油箱的屏蔽作用,其内部局部放电产生的电磁波无法辐射出来,这阻碍了变压器局部放电特高频检测方法的推广应用。为此提出了基于介质窗口式UHF传感器的变压器局部放电检测与定位方法。通过仿真分析了介质窗口的规格尺寸对UHF信号强度的影响;在一台即将投入运行的220kV变压器上安装了8个介质窗口UHF传感器,开展了局部放电检测与试验。研究结果表明,介质窗口直径为150mm、高度为0时其外侧UHF信号最强;据此设计的UHF传感器检测到220kV变压器内50pC的局部放电,并能够准确定位。介质窗口式UHF检测方法对于提高变压器局部放电检测水平具有重要意义。
