126kV真空断路器永磁摆角电机操动机构的设计与动态特性分析

Abstract:

为提高断路器的可靠性并结合高压开关设备的智能化发展方向,针对126kV真空断路器设计了一种新型永磁摆角电机驱动操动机构。根据126kV真空灭弧室的性能要求对该操动机构进行了运动学分析,提出驱动电机的设计参数,采用场-路-运动耦合法对驱动电机的动态性能进行了有限元分析,在此基础上建立了断路器的虚拟样机模型并对其动力学特性进行仿真研究。基于仿真结果制成了永磁摆角电机操动机构样机并与真空断路器进行了联机分合闸操作试验。试验结果表明,永磁摆角电机操动机构能可靠实现126kV真空断路器的分合闸操作并能满足断路器灭弧室的速度特性要求,验证了操动机构设计的合理性。此外,仿真计算与试验结果基本吻合,验证了仿真分析的正确性。
