基于粗糙集的电网操作票规则提取

Abstract:

操作规则库是实现电网操作票自动生成的基础,操作票规则获取的实质是明确不同操作设备的先后操作顺序。以降低操作规则冗余度、提高操作票系统应用的灵活性为目标,提出一种基于粗糙集理论的操作票规则挖掘策略。分析电网调度操作特点,构建操作认知图;以实际电网操作票为数据源,构建初始操作规则库;基于上述分析,生成分类操作决策表;采用基于等价矩阵的快速约简方法对各决策表进行属性以及属性值约简,生成最简约决策表,从中提取操作规则,生成规则库。某地区电网实际算例验证了方法的有效性。
