基于配电网原故障定位方案的分布式电源准入容量研究

Abstract:

为解决由于分布式电源(distributedgeneration,DG)接入而导致的传统配电网故障区段定位方案不再适用的问题,提出一种通过限制DG接入容量,保证传统故障区段定位方案可用的方法。首先简述了传统故障区段定位方案以及DG故障电流的计算方法;然后分析了DG接入对传统配电网故障区段定位方案的影响,提出了保证原有故障区段定位方案适用时,系统电源提供的最小短路电流与DG提供的最大反向短路电流应满足的要求,因为两者均与DG的接入容量相关,所以上述要求相当于对DG的最大接入容量作出限制。算例表明,限制DG的接入容量,基于短路计算可设置合理的开关定值来区分系统电源提供的最小短路电流及DG提供的最大反向短路电流,保证传统的故障区段定位方案可用。与其他开关定值设置方法的对比表明,直接基于短路电流计算,会提高DG的接入容量或者馈线的供电长度。
