含电池储能风电场的电力系统风险评估

Abstract:

考虑风电机组的时变故障率和降额率以及风电场复杂尾流效应的影响,建立了风电场的出力模型;考虑电池储能的充放电约束和容量约束以及其故障率的影响,建立了电池储能系统的出力模型。综合上述2个出力模型,考虑不同风能调度策略得到了含电池储能风电场的出力模型。基于该模型给出了含电池储能和风电场的电力系统风险评估的具体流程和方法。改进IEEE-RTS79算例仿真和分析,验证了上述模型和方法的正确性和有效性。
