基于离散Markov理论的电力系统跳变时滞稳定性分析

Abstract:

提出了一种基于离散Markov理论的电力系统跳变时滞稳定性分析方法。首先建立了一类考虑Markov转移概率密度矩阵的Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函,并求解该泛函沿系统的导函数,然后,在该导函数中加入由Newton-Leibniz公式构造的松散项,以降低保守性,在此基础上,构造一组线性矩阵不等式,并利用广义特征值求解电力系统在运行方式调整、运行参数变化以及负荷功率波动等跳变工况下,所能承受的最大时滞。IEEE16机68节点系统的时域仿真结果均验证了该方法在考虑电力系统跳变特性的情况下,求解电力系统时滞稳定上限的正确性及有效性。
