发电机附加励磁控制在增加四川电网外送容量中的应用

Abstract:

四川网内某些严重故障将导致川渝区间低频振荡,影响交流特高压的稳定运行,限制了川渝断面的输送容量。针对此问题,利用辨识方法得到被控电力系统针对某个模式的降阶模型,然后根据该降阶模型设计了发电机附加励磁控制器,该控制器以川渝联络线功率为反馈信号,通过反馈控制降低联络线功率振荡的幅度,减轻四川网内故障对交流特高压的冲击,从而提高川渝断面的输送容量。华中—华北电网仿真算例表明了所设计的控制器的有效性。该控制器可增加川渝断面输送功率达640MW,对延时也有很好的适应性。
