一种V2G模式下计及开断概率和负荷转移概率的配电网可靠性评估算法

Abstract:

基于配电网的有向网络模型,提出了一种V2G模式下计及设备开断概率和负荷转移概率的配电网可靠性评估算法。首先分析了网络中元件故障后的传播路径和传播特性,引入期望对可靠性指标进行描述,进而建立了配电系统可靠性分析模型。在V2G模式下,该算法根据电动汽车充放电动态概率模型将电动汽车等效为备用电源,再根据其额定功率,确定电动汽车的最大供电范围和对该范围内各区域的供电次序,计算可靠供电概率,从而建立电动汽车充放电随机性与供电可靠性之间的映射。RBTS母线6馈线4系统算例分析表明,电动汽车接入配电网后,能够显著改善配电网局部的供电可靠性。
