应对光伏并网的抽水蓄能电站优化运行

Abstract:

随着太阳能光伏的快速发展,光伏发电随机性与间歇性特点对电力系统的安全稳定运行带来了诸多挑战。建立供电可靠性评估模型评价光伏并网对电力系统运行的影响。提出采用抽水蓄能电站配合光伏发电运行来提高系统的可靠性。以成本最小化为目标建立抽水蓄能电站优化调度模型,采用蒙特卡罗模拟需求负载的不确定性,光伏出力的不确定性以及传统机组故障。运用遗传算法配合禁忌搜索对模型求解。通过IEEE-24节点算例分析验证模型与算法的可行性。仿真结果表明提出的方法在电力系统运行具有可靠性。而且,
