10kVXLPE电缆受潮绝缘特性研究

Abstract:

伴随中国城镇化进程的推进,电缆正逐步取代架空线而广泛应用于城市配电网络。然而,随着配网电缆规模的快速增长,电缆故障也日益频发。配网电缆的运行环境大都较为恶劣,部分电缆接头长期处于潮湿的环境,甚至直接浸泡在水中,电缆内部很容易受潮,进而引发电缆绝缘故障。为此搭建了恒压负荷循环试验平台,选取3条严重受潮的10kVXLPE电缆,利用恒压负荷循环试验将受潮电缆中的潮气和水分排出。通过测量潮气和水分排出前后电缆的绝缘电阻和介质损耗,得到绝缘电阻和介质损耗随潮气排出的变化规律,从而获得潮气对电缆绝缘特性的影响机理。
