基于SVPWM调制的混合级联七电平逆变器优化控制策略

Abstract:

分析混合级联七电平逆变器带死区时的工作模式,不同工作模式下其逆变器电压的跳变情况不同。在此基础上,提出了基于空间矢量脉冲调制(spacevectorpulsewidthmodulation,SVPWM)策略的优化控制方法。以控制支撑电容电压为前提,通过对每个区间支撑电容充放电切换过程所对应的开关动作次数、输出电压电平跳变情况的分析,提出了一种减小输出电压跳变的优化控制策略;此外,分析了死区时间的存在所带来的输出电压损失,根据伏秒平衡原理进行计算,并对其调制波进行死区补偿。仿真及实验结果验证了该控制策略的有效性。
