基于长时间序列仿真的分布式新能源发电优化规划

Abstract:

分布式光伏发电和风力发电等新能源发电是波动性电源,其无序接入将给电网的潮流分布、无功/电压调节和电能质量等方面带来不利影响,影响程度与分布式新能源发电的接入位置和容量密切相关。为计及分布式新能源发电出力和负荷时序特性,考虑了全年的风电出力和负荷数据,构建了基于Matlab-DIgSILENT/PowerFactory联合仿真平台的优化规划软件。运用遗传算法,分别以网络年电能损耗和发电量为优化目标,分析了分布式新能源发电的最优接入位置和容量。最后通过实际算例仿真验证了方法的有效性。
