Abstract:

随着电力系统的不断发展,瞬时性峰值负荷特性作为一种新的负荷特性,对供电可靠性的影响越来越大,在规划过程中已经不能被忽略。为了解决以经济性最优为目标的传统配电网规划造成的可靠性较低的问题,首先对瞬时性峰值负荷的负荷特性进行定量描述,并提出它的基本概念。进而根据瞬时性峰值负荷值对变电站最佳供电半径进行修正,建立等值变电站。然后根据等值变电站进行变电站互联,以距
