基于异地输送的可再生能源消纳成本仿真分析

Abstract:

通过跨区输送实现可再生能源的异地消纳是促进我国可再生能源规模化利用的重要途径,亟需从经济视角开展风电异地输送消纳的成本模拟仿真研究。构建了三阶段模型,在两区域电力系统下进行输电线路投资、发电投资和电力市场模拟分析,研究可再生能源及跨区输电投资的跨区合作对降低成本的贡献。仿真结果表明,两区域在跨区可再生能源开发与输电线路投资2个方面同时合作能够显著降低可再生能源消纳成本。
