考虑电力系统跳变特性的时滞稳定控制策略

Abstract:

电力系统运行状态及参数发生跳变时,系统可能由于仍采用跳变前的时滞控制策略而失稳。针对该问题,提出了基于离散Markov理论的时滞稳定控制策略。首先将基于自由权矩阵的牛顿-莱布尼兹公式与考虑Markov跳变的时滞系统模型引入至Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函的微分方程中,构造考虑电力系统跳变特性的非线性最小化时滞控制器,在此基础上,利用Schur补对控制算法中的非线性项进行解耦,并将含有非线性项的矩阵不等式转化为标准线性矩阵不等式,从而避免因迭代产生的求解效率低等问题。IEEE16机68节点系统的时域仿真结果验证了该控制器在电力系统发生跳变前后,均能有效阻尼区间振荡,并可保证跳变后的系统不受跳变前时滞控制策略的影响而失稳;与未考虑跳变的时滞控制方法相比,该方法具有更好的控制效果。
