考虑断面安全约束的大规模风电有功控制

Abstract:

随着风电装机容量的快速增长和大规模风电的并网接入,大规模风电的波动性和风电断面的分层特征给电力系统实时调度带来困难,可能出现风能资源的浪费,为此提出一种大规模风电分层断面的有功控制方法。风电场的发电受制于各级输电断面的约束,通过对各风电场广域分配调节功率,深度优先搜索越限断面和发电能力转移的方法,实现了保证断面安全前提下的风电场功率的充分利用和公平利用。实际算例和电力系统的运行结果验证了该方法的合理性和可行性,为大规模风电分层断面的有功控制提供了一种有效方法。
