直流电压不平衡下的单相级联PWM整流器无锁相环均压控制

Abstract:

在单相级联脉冲宽度调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)整流器中,直流电压不平衡情况下的均压控制要求较高,控制性能受锁相环影响较大。为此,提出了一种应用于单相级联PWM整流器中的无锁相环控制策略。利用在两相静止坐标系下瞬时功率与电压、电流的关系计算出指令电流信号,以实现电网电流对电压的跟踪控制;此外,叠加无锁相环均压指令,实现各级均压控制;同时采用准比例谐振控制器实现电流内环无静差控制。仿真结果验证了该无锁相环控制策略的有效性。
