±1100kV特高压直流亚欧联网工程对受端德国电网安全稳定性的影响

Abstract:

鉴于欧盟自身节能减排的目标,以及日本福岛核电站大地震后发生泄漏事故所造成的严重后果,德国采取了放弃发展核电并将已有核电逐步退役的做法。同时,我国新疆地区及周边亚洲各国蕴含着丰富的可再生能源,而特高压直流输电技术在我国大量的成功经验也为长距离输电提供了技术保障。根据欧洲互联电网(ENTSO-E)发布的公开资料,基于PSD-BPA计算平台构建了德国电网220kV及以上电压等级系统和主要互联国家等值系统的详细机电暂态仿真模型,对2020年11GW特高压直流接入德国电网运行稳定性问题进行了全面计算和分析。通过负荷中心近区发生单重和多重故障时的暂态稳定计算,分析了逆变站单极、双极闭锁、以及近区交流故障对德国电网安全稳定性的影响。进一步研究了系统互联、外受电比例和受端系统强度变化情况下系统的安全稳定性。计算结果为论证亚欧洲际输电的技术可行性提供了有力支撑。
