亚欧超远距离特高压输电经济性研究

Abstract:

亚欧能源输送设想致力于满足未来洲际资源优化配置的需求。针对亚欧洲际输电的2种输电方式,基于工程经济性评价指标体系,重点研究了跨国输电项目的电价竞争力评估方法,计算了输电方案的财务指标,并探讨了利用小时数、税率、造价、电源基地上网电价等敏感性因素变化对项目经济性的影响。
