复杂场景下失步中心定位及振荡中心漂移规律

Abstract:

研究了电力系统发生失步振荡时,系统两侧电势幅值不等与全系统阻抗角不相同同时存在的场景下,基于等值双机系统的失步中心的定位方法和振荡中心的漂移规律,进而实现了振荡中心的实时定位。文中通过定义的节点位置函数与两侧电势幅值比的关系确定失步中心位置,给出了联络线上是否存在失步中心的条件。在失步中心定位的基础上,分析了振荡中心的漂移范围及4种典型漂移状态,提出了基于母线处测量阻抗相位角的振荡中心定位判据。仿真结果验证了分析的正确性。
