基于场路耦合的多级感应线圈炮内弹道分析

Abstract:
为研究多级感应线圈炮中电枢的受力、加速和过载等内弹道特性,基于电磁场理论,建立了同步感应线圈炮的数学模型,并给出了线圈炮的控制方程和电磁力计算方法.结合场路耦合模型,对3级感应线圈炮进行了有限元仿真.该仿真模型得到的最大过载可达15000g.仿真分析表明:发射过程中,电枢不仅会受到很大的过载,而且其受到的电磁力在运动中会发生反向;随着电枢速度的提高,电磁力反向时刻不断提前,电磁制动力不断增大,加速力不断减小.
