HTPB固体火箭推进剂启裂断裂韧性的试验测定

Abstract:

为研究软性材料的HTPB固体火箭推进剂的断裂韧性,采用多试样方法和J积分测试法,综合运用高速显微摄像,跟踪观测了含裂纹拉伸试样的启裂点.采用最小二乘法处理推进剂材料力学性能的离散性,测定了单边穿透裂纹拉伸试样启裂J积分值,该值为1.8523kJ/m2.试验表明,HTPB固体火箭推进剂裂纹尖端的钝化现象明显,高速显微摄像可以清晰拍摄到钝化和启裂过程.HTPB固体火箭推进剂的断裂参数离散性大,启裂点位置、启裂点载荷和断裂能数值离散,采用最小二乘法进行拟合处理得到了较为合理的临界J积分值.
