双基药等离子体点火的物理化学效应分析

Abstract:

为研究等离子体对双基药的作用机理,对双芳-3进行了等离子体点火和常规点火试验.利用X射线能谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对试验后的样品进行了物理化学分析.对比样品分析结果,等离子体点火中大量Al和Cu粒子沉积在火药表层,可增加由火药表层向内部的热传导;同时,等离子体射流的冲击作用可使火药表面形成大量气泡和孔洞并产生微通道,增加了点、传火通道.
