基于电磁阀控制的氮气弹射系统动态仿真及性能分析

Abstract:

为研究基于电磁阀控制下的以高压氮气作为驱动能源的机载氮气弹射系统的工作性能,建立了相应的数学物理模型。运用气体动力学理论,仿真分析了该弹射系统推动悬挂物直至其完全脱离载机的整个运动过程。对该装置中电磁阀的衔铁初始气隙距离、主阀芯出口气流通径、衔铁内腔小孔直径和主阀芯中间小孔直径4个结构参数对弹射性能的影响规律进行了仿真计算与分析。仿真计算结果表明,运用该数学物理模型能较好地模拟实际的弹射过程,为该结构氮气弹射系统的后续设计开发与优化提供了理论依据。
