陶瓷的平板撞击拉伸损伤演化表征研究

Abstract:

为了更合理地描述陶瓷材料的拉伸型损伤,以材料存在初始缺陷的事实为基础,将含有众多不规则的微裂纹(或孔洞)的实际损伤体近似为一种“等效微孔洞体系”,提出了一种陶瓷材料的有核长大拉伸型损伤演化方程;通过数值计算模拟陶瓷在平板撞击层裂实验时的自由面速度-时程曲线,优选得出了其拉伸损伤参数。差分计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,且优于商业软件Ls-dyna证实了该文提出的陶瓷材料拉伸型损伤演化方程是合理的和实用的。
