榴弹破片对坦克火炮身管毁伤效应的数值仿真

Abstract:

针对榴弹破片对火炮身管的毁伤效应进行了理论与试验研究,通过静爆试验得到了破片对身管的毁伤模式和侵深,在此基础上,利用AUTODYN软件模拟了榴弹破片对火炮身管的毁伤过程,建立了身管的1/4有限元模型和4种破片的动态侵彻模型。仿真结果与试验测试结果一致,验证了模型的有效性。进一步分析了破片大小、形状、速度等对身管侵彻深度的影响规律,研究成果对榴弹破片毁伤火炮身管部件的效能评估具有重要的参考价值。
