刻槽参数对破片形成的影响

Abstract:

为了获得刻槽参数对破片形成的影响规律,利用AUTODYN?3D软件对50SiMnVB钢战斗部的破片形成进行了三维数值模拟,对比分析了不同刻槽参数对壳体断裂的影响,并对壳体断裂模型进行简化,推导了外刻槽壳体断裂迹线及其断裂概率,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:外刻槽技术对于50SiMnVB钢战斗部是可行的,断裂是从刻槽根部开始,断裂方式为剪切断裂;随着刻槽深度增加、刻槽间隔增大,主破片形成率和质量占有率增大,破片控制效率提高。得出了沿断裂迹线断裂的概率,为刻槽参数的选择提供了一种可行依据。
