粘结压实药柱变容燃烧中止实验研究

Abstract:

为研究压实装药在变容情况下的动态燃烧稳定性、安全性能及不同表面处理方法对动态燃烧渐增性能的影响,将太根小粒药表面进行解体预处理后,采用乙醇/丙酮高温热蒸汽软化法将其压实成堆积密度为1.35g?cm-3的药柱,再进行表面处理,得到待测的压实药柱样品。利用设计自制的变容燃烧模拟器进行动态燃烧中止试验,并记录燃烧过程的压力-时间曲线。与用纯的硝化棉胶包覆的压实药相比,添加点火敏化剂包覆样品易于点火,而添加钝感剂的包覆样品点火滞后,动态活性降低,燃烧渐增性较好。所制得的粘结压实药解体完全、燃烧稳定,药粒无破碎,发射过程是安全的。结果表明:合适的表面处理方法能有效抑制粘结压实药柱的起始燃气生成速率,实现较好的渐增性燃烧。
