集成膜工艺处理碱减量废水及回用

Abstract:

研究了超滤-纳滤组合膜工艺在碱减量废水处理中的应用,发现采用该工艺可以有效地降低碱减量废水中的化学需氧量(COD),COD去除率可达到80%以上。对膜透过液回用于碱减量过程可能对涤纶减量效果的影响进行了实验分析,探讨了温度、时间、碱度、乙二醇含量等条件对涤纶减量率的影响。结果表明温度、时间、碱浓度的增加均可以提高涤纶的减量率;乙二醇含量的累积,也可促进涤纶减量过程。采用该工艺可以实现对苯二甲酸、水、碱、乙二醇的回收及综合利用。
