基于响应面法的长寿命沥青路面结构优化

Abstract:

考虑到长寿命沥青路面结构设计参数多、取值范围大等特点,利用力学分析软件研究了各结构层厚度、模量等因素对沥青层底拉应变和路基顶压应变的影响,通过响应面法分析了影响沥青层底拉应变和路基顶压应变的显著因素,并建立了相应的预测模型。结果表明,沥青中间层、基层和底基层厚度对沥青层底拉应变和路基顶压应变影响最为显著,沥青中间层、基层模量对沥青层底拉应变和路基顶压应变有一定影响,且沥青中间层16cm、模量1800MPa,基层6cm、模量1200MPa,底基层40cm时,沥青层底拉应变和路基顶压应变综合结果最优。研究结果为长寿命路面结构组合优化提供了一定借鉴和参考。
