从根系生物技术改良到作物高产高效

Abstract:

随着世界人口的不断增长,对粮食的需求也日益增加。20世纪80年代以来,化肥和农药的大量投入提高了我国粮食产量。然而,近年来,我国粮食产量并未随化肥/农药用量的增加而增加;并且由于片面追求高产,化肥和农药等不合理投入引起的农产品质量和生态环境问题日渐严重,粮食安全已成为亟待解决的世界性难题。因此,通过挖掘作物自身潜力,提高作物对养分、水分等资源的利用效率,减少肥料及农药用量,改善作物品质,实现作物高产高效势在必行,也是农业可持续发展的基本要求[1]。
