煤尘云最低引燃温度实验研究

Abstract:

利用HY16429粉尘云引燃温度实验装置,测定不同煤种不同粒径煤尘云的最低引燃温度,研究挥发分和煤尘粒径2种因素对煤尘云最低引燃温度的综合影响。结果表明,同一煤种煤尘云最低引燃温度随粒径的减小而降低;当煤尘粒径≥250μm时煤尘云出现火星的温度受挥发分含量的影响较小,且不同煤种出现火星的最低温度相近;煤尘粒径较小时煤尘云最低引燃温度随挥发分含量的增大而降低。
