计及风电间歇性的电力系统电压稳定评估(英文)Abstract: Thispaperproposesasimulationframeworktoevaluatethevoltagestabilityofpowersystemincorporatingwindpowerintermittency.Firstofall,themodelingofpoweroutputofthreetypesofwindturbinesisdiscussed.Next,theJensenmodelisemployedtomodelthewindfarmwithwakeeffecttakenintoaccount.TheMonteCarlobasedtechniqueisappliedtoconductthevoltagestabilityevaluationincorporatingtherandomnessofwindspeedbasedontheWeibullprobabilitydistribution.Furthermore,therelativesensitivityindexiscalculatedtoidentifytheweakbusesduringanalysis.Finally,thecasestudieswithdifferentsimulationscenariosarecarriedout.Somestatisticalresultsinvolvingweaknessprobability,expectedvalueandvarianceofrelativesensitivityindexaswellaspreliminaryconclusionsaredrawnbasedonthenumericalsimulationresults.
