镉在植物体内的积累及其对绿豆幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:

用水培和土培的方法研究了镉(Cd)在绿豆幼苗(Phaseolus.auresRoxb.cvCV3762)内的积累和分布及Cd对植株生长、营养元素吸收的影响。结果表明20μmol?L-1Cd处理显著抑制绿豆幼苗的生长,降低幼苗上胚轴、根系长度和植株干物质重。随着Cd处理时间的延长和处理浓度的增加,绿豆叶片叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b的比值降低。Cd处理降低绿豆幼苗地上部和地下部Ca、P、Zn的含量,提高地上部Fe含量,降低地上部分Mn的含量。与不结球白菜(Brassicacampestrisssp.chinensisL.Mak)和小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)相比,绿豆幼苗对Cd的吸收和积累能力较弱,吸收的Cd主要积累在植株根系。施用猪粪和石灰可显著降低绿豆幼苗地上部Cd含量。
