酵母激发子与水杨酸对Ti转化的丹参组培物内源激素含量的影响

Abstract:

Ti转化的丹参组培物在MSNH4培养基(MS中不含硝酸铵,含蔗糖30g?L-1)上经25℃暗培养18d,生长量由大到小依次为对照(CK),200μmol?L-1水杨酸(SA),4g?L-1酵母激发子(E)和E+SA处理。其中CK和SA处理的组培物仅产生痕量的丹参酮类物质,而E和E+SA处理的总丹参酮产量分别增加到1223mg?L-1和1507mg?L-1,表明E处理能促进组培物产生丹参酮类物质,而SA可以强化E的这种作用。与上述差异有关的内源激素变化是培养6~18d,E+SA处理的ABA和iPAs含量均持续高于对照,分别增长了28~98倍和36~58倍,而GA1+3和IAA含量分别比对照降低132%~569%和348%~746%。高水平的ABA和iPAs及低水平GA1+3和IAA抑制了组培物的生长,有利于促进丹参酮产量的提高
