葵花油和丙酮酸钙对山羊瘤胃消化代谢与瘤胃内反式油酸积累的影响

Abstract:

为研究添加葵花油和丙酮酸钙对山羊瘤胃消化代谢、瘤胃内容物中共轭亚油酸(c9,t11-CLA)含量及组织内源合成CLA前体反式油酸(TVA)积累的影响,进行了体外与体内两组试验。体外试验分对照组、葵花油组(16mg,约占干物质质量2%)、丙酮酸钙组(80mg)和二者组合组(16mg葵花油+80mg丙酮酸钙)。体内试验选用5只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的山羊,采用自身对照,分为对照期和试验期(7mL.d-1葵花油+0.05g.kg-1.d-1丙酮酸钙),每期15d,间隔期10d。结果表明葵花油、丙酮酸钙和二者组合添加对瘤胃pH值、NH3-N和微生物粗蛋白(MCP)浓度、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量、(C2+C4)/C3值均无显著影响,但组合添加可使瘤胃内容物中长链脂肪酸C16∶0、C18∶0、TVA、c9-C18∶1、c9,t11-CLA含量显著增加(P<0.05),其中TVA、c9,t11-CLA比例分别上升5.77%和1.20%。结果表明日粮中组合添加一定剂量的葵花油和丙酮酸钙可以在不影响山羊瘤胃消化代谢的情况下,改变瘤胃内容物脂肪酸组成,提高TVA积累,为组织内源合成CLA提供前体。
