五种单体酶配伍对肉仔鸡小麦日粮非淀粉多糖消化率的影响

Abstract:

利用体外模拟消化方法研究木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶和甘露聚糖酶5种单体酶制剂依次添加或5种单体酶制剂不同配伍比例添加对小麦基础日粮干物质和非淀粉多糖(NSP)消化率的影响。结果表明,5种单体酶制剂对提高干物质和NSP消化率具有协同效应,其不同配伍比例与日粮干物质或NSP消化率之间均呈线性关系。各回归方程如下干物质消化率y1=-2.75e-2+18.5e2x1+46.5x2+11.5e2x3+47.8e2x4+2.7e2x5(R2=0.687*);可溶性NSP(SNSP)消化率y2=-3.18e3+19.4e2x1+4.4e2x2+13.6e2x3-2.96x4+6.92e2x5(R2=0.788*);不溶性NSP(INSP)消化率y3=2.5+7.18e3x1+14.18e2x2+11.18e2x3+4.5e2x4+58.2x5(R2=0.763*)。最佳组合为木聚糖酶500U.kg-1、β-葡聚糖酶95U.kg-1、纤维素酶33U.kg-1、植酸酶540U.kg-1、甘露聚糖酶115U.kg-1。
