应用RNA干扰技术对甜菜夜蛾信息素结合蛋白功能的研究

Abstract:

采用RNA干扰技术,通过腹腔注射法将甜菜夜蛾信息素结合蛋白1(SexigPBP1)双链RNA导入雄蛾体内,48h后定量PCR检测表明,SexigPBP1的mRNA表达量被敲减90%以上;同时,触角电位(EAG)测定结果表明,注射处理48h后雄蛾对雌蛾性信息素主组分Z9,E12-14∶Ac的EAG反应降低了约60%,证明SexigPBP1在雄蛾对该组分的感受中起重要作用。
