鸡MD肿瘤细胞DNA含量及细胞凋亡的特性

Abstract:

用SPF来杭鸡复制MD肿瘤模型,取MD肿瘤组织和相同日龄鸡的正常组织,制成单个细胞悬液,碘化丙锭染色后,用流式细胞仪检测细胞DNA含量和细胞凋亡率。结果(1)MD肿瘤有二倍体肿瘤和异倍体肿瘤,31例MD肿瘤中26例为二倍体肿瘤,5例是异倍体肿瘤;(2)MD肿瘤细胞动力学特点是DNA合成期(S期)细胞比例明显增加,肾、肝、卵巢和睾丸MD肿瘤细胞S期分别为1213%,1130%,1231%和1526%,相应组织细胞依次为137%,127%,154%和007%,增殖指数(proliferationindex,PI)显著增高;(3)MD肿瘤细胞凋亡率明显低于正常组织,肾、肝、卵巢和睾丸MD肿瘤细胞凋亡率分别是033%,069%,073%,016%,而相应组织细胞凋亡率则为140%,244%,192%和211%。提示细胞周期紊乱、细胞增殖活跃、细胞凋亡受阻是MD淋巴瘤形成的共同细胞学基础
