酸沉降影响下庐山森林土壤溶液铝形态分异

Abstract:

采用8羟基喹啉络合比色法测定了庐山森林生态系统不同季节、不同植被下以及根圈与非根圈剖面土壤溶液中溶解态铝的含量及其变异。结果表明,供试土壤中酸溶性铝、单核铝和多核铝的含量分别变化于06~38mg/kg,03~28mg/kg和01~11mg/kg范围内。土壤溶液中溶解铝明显受植物类型和根系活动的影响,所测定的3种形态铝含量均表现为随剖面深度而减少,针叶林植被下高于阔叶林,而非根圈土与根圈土差异不大。溶解铝的形态与含量存在明显的季节性变异,秋、冬季铝含量偏高且单核铝/多核铝比值较高,而春、夏季偏低。结果还表明酸沉降影响下的土壤酸化促进了森林土壤中铝的移动,故在酸沉降影响严重的地区必须研究土壤溶液溶解铝的潜在生物毒性与生态毒理
