60日龄大蛋系和高产系绍兴蛋鸭血清激素水平和酶活性的比较

Abstract:

测定了60日龄大蛋系和高产系绍兴蛋鸭血清中胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1)、甲状腺激素(T3、T4)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、总蛋白、白蛋白等的含量,并观察了生长过程中体重和150~300日龄的产蛋率及蛋重等生产指标的变化。结果显示,大蛋系初生、60日龄和开产时体重显著高于高产系。大蛋系平均蛋重、200日龄和300日龄蛋重均显著地高于高产系,而高产系平均日产蛋百分率显著高于大蛋系。60日龄血清中IGF1、T4含量大蛋系均显著高于高产系,血清白蛋白、总蛋白、GPT、GOT浓度大蛋系也显著高于高产系
