小麦矮秆基因Rht3和赤霉酸不敏感基因Gai3与α-淀粉酶的表达

Abstract:

以小麦赤霉酸反应不敏感的Rht3矮秆基因两个近等基因系及其分离群体为材料,分析了Rht3、Gai3与α淀粉酶表达的相互关系。结果表明,Rht3、Gai3能强烈地抑制萌发籽粒α淀粉酶的表达,降低α淀粉酶活性水平。高矮亲本间α淀粉酶活性差异明显,矮扬3、矮苏3和扬麦3号、苏麦3号的α淀粉酶OD值分别为0071,0080和0635,0720。经χ2测验,两群体中α淀粉酶活性高、中、低的分离比率符合1∶2∶1的理论比。株高与α淀粉酶活性间的相关系数分别为07915和06888达极显著水平。赤霉酸反应与α淀粉酶活性的相关系数更高,分别为08540和07353。对几株Rht3与Gai3重组类型植株的α淀粉酶活性分析表明,Rht3对α淀粉酶活性的影响更大
