碳酸氢钠治疗家兔菌血症模型后的心肌细胞器损伤

Abstract:

在脑膜炎奈瑟球菌(NM)菌血症家兔模型中,用细胞组织化学法观察5%碳酸氢钠溶液对心肌细胞器变性的影响。24只家兔均分为对照组、NM组、碳酸氢钠组(Sb组)、高渗盐水组(Hs组)。其中NM组、Sb组、Hs组动物分别静脉注射1.0×1011CFU.kg-1的NM;对照组动物静注生理盐水1mL.kg-1。60min后,所有动物都静脉注射等量液体(3.3mL.kg-1)对照组、NM组为生理盐水,Sb组为5%碳酸氢钠,Hs组为3.5%氯化钠。NM攻击120min后处死动物,观察心肌细胞超微结构,检测碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶活性变化。结果显示菌体攻击引起心肌形态学改变,心肌内碱性磷酸酶分布异常,溶酶体增多;注射碳酸氢钠加重心肌损伤,表现为溶酶体损伤,膜细胞器变性。提示对NM感染性休克的家兔用5%碳酸氢钠治疗,会加重心肌细胞细胞器变性。
