嗜水气单胞菌产弹性蛋白酶条件的优化

Abstract:

对嗜水气单胞菌产弹性蛋白酶条件进行如下优化用单因素法优化了氮源、碳源等培养基成分及温度和初始pH值等培养条件;用三因素三水平的正交试验对氮源浓度、碳源浓度、盐离子浓度进行优化。结果发现较低浓度的氮源、碳源有利于酶的产生,表面活性剂能明显提高酶的产量。嗜水气单胞菌产弹性蛋白酶的最佳条件胰蛋白胨5g.L-1,蔗糖5g.L-1,NaCl2.5g.L-1,K2HPO42.0g.L-1,Tween-801g.L-1,初始pH为7.5,28℃培养48h。
