饲料中铅对鸡胚肝脏抗氧化能力的影响

Abstract:

将80只伊莎褐蛋种鸡随机分为4组,在饲料中分别添加15、30和60mg.kg-1铅,以全价饲料(铅含量为3.55mg.kg-1)为对照组,研究种蛋中铅对鸡胚肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。收集饲喂第25天的种蛋进行孵化,孵化9、14和19d测定鸡胚肝脏的丙二醛含量和相关抗氧化酶活性。结果表明,9d时仅有谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)随着铅含量的增加而显著降低(P<0.05),14d时铅的添加量基本不影响各指标的变化,当鸡胚生长到19d时铅的添加显著降低了丙二醛含量,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和GST活力显著下降,但19d时除CAT外其他指标的改变都与铅添加量无关。总之,铅对鸡胚胎肝脏的损伤中,脂质抗氧化作用并不是其主要原因,主要是由于相关抗氧化酶活力改变所致,同时饲料中铅在60mg.kg-1以下时,其含量对肝脏的抗氧化作用影响不显著。
